Our Guarantee

We guarantee your flowers for five days and ask that you follow these simple care instructions as soon as you receive the bouquet:

Remove all packaging
Cut the flower stems and remove any leaves that would otherwise be below the vase water level
Place the flowers in a clean vase or container, filled with water
Replace the water every 2 days
Do not place your flowers in direct heat, draught or near fruit

Please contact us within 24 hours if you are not happy with your flowers.
